Blueberry Ginger Cocktail

Makes 2 servings 


  • 1/2 cup Klaassen Farms frozen blueberries
  • 1-inch ginger sliced
  • 2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 3 ounces gin
  • Soda water
  • Squeeze of lime


  1. Cook blueberries, ginger, sugar and water together and boil to reduce to 2/3 of the volume
  2. Strain and cool to room temperature. Shake together gin and 2 ounces syrup with ice
  3. Pour into glass with ice and top with soda water and fresh lime juice
  4. Garnish with fresh blueberries, lemon, sage or thyme


For the tastiest mock-tail skip the gin.
