Overnight Oats

If you are looking for a healthy snack in between the holidays and family celebrations then this recipe is the perfect solution. Ingredients:

Blueberry Compote
Oat Milk
Instant Oats
Hemp seeds
Chia seeds
Hazelnut Butter

Blueberry Compote Ingredients:

500g Frozen Blueberries
Lemon 1/2, Juiced
30g Maple Syrup
Pinch of Salt

Instructions:

  1. Place all Ingredients in a Pot and cook on medium-high for 30min, stirring occasionally to make sure the bottom of the pot does not burn.
  2. Mixture will set up as it cools down to room temperature.

Assembly:

In a Glass Jar add 1 cup oats and 3/4 cup oat milk until you get a wet paste.
If you like a thicker texture of oats add less milk and if you like a looser texture add more milk.
Top with blueberry compote, hazelnut butter, Chia and Hemp Seeds. Place in fridge overnight.
