Blueberry Simple Syrup Ingredients:
½ cup Klaassen Farms Blueberries
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
Blueberry Simple Syrup Instructions:
- In a medium-sized pan, set over medium-high heat, add blueberries, sugar, and water. Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce to a simmer for about 15-minutes. Break up blueberries with the back of a fork.
- Strain into a glass jar and be sure to press on blueberries with the back of the fork to extract all the flavors. Discard solids.
Drink Ingredients:
30g Vodka
75g Cointreau
60g Blueberry Simple Syrup
90g Lemon Juice, Fresh
120g Sparkling Water
Drink Assembly Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, place vodka, cointreau, simple syrup and lemon juice with 2 or 3 ice cubes cover and shake vigorously for 30seconds, strain into a Glass add Sparkling water and Enjoy.
