Ingredients:
- 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
- 1 container of whipped topping
- 4 cups full fat coconut milk
- 1 package of Oreos
- 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tbsp corn starch
- 1/2 cup white sugar
Blueberry Sauce Instructions:
- In a sauce pan combine blueberries and white sugar and bring to a boil.
- In a small cup mix cold water and corn starch and add to blueberry mixture, stir and allow to
cool.
Vanilla Pudding Instructions:
- Follow package instructions for instant vanilla pudding, best to use a stand mixer to ensure milk
is well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Trifle Assembly:
- In a trifle dish or parfait dish, line oreos on the bottom as the first layer. Next add a layer of vanilla
pudding, blueberry sauce and whipped topping and continue in this order until dish is full. - Garnish with an dollop of whipped topping and fresh blueberries.
