  • 2 packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 container of whipped topping
  • 4 cups full fat coconut milk
  • 1 package of Oreos
  • 3 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tbsp corn starch

Vanilla Pudding Instructions:

  1. Follow package instructions for instant vanilla pudding, best to use a stand mixer to ensure milk
    is well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.

Trifle Assembly:

  1. In a trifle dish or parfait dish, line oreos on the bottom as the first layer. Next add a layer of vanilla
    pudding, blueberry sauce and whipped topping and continue in this order until dish is full.
  2. Garnish with an dollop of whipped topping and fresh blueberries.
