Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 1 -1/2 cup Frozen Klaassen Farms Blueberries
- 1 frozen banana
- Handful of fresh spinach
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients into blender starting with 1/4 cup of milk. Blend together to form a thick smoothie consistency (adding more milk if required)
- Pour into bowl and top with peanut butter, chia seeds, almonds, coconut flakes and maple syrup.
