  • 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1 -1/2 cup Frozen Klaassen Farms Blueberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • Handful of fresh spinach


  1. Add all ingredients into blender starting with 1/4 cup of milk. Blend together to form a thick smoothie consistency (adding more milk if required)
  2. Pour into bowl and top with peanut butter, chia seeds, almonds, coconut flakes and maple syrup.
