  • 2 Cups of Klaassen Farms Blueberries
  • 1/2 Cups of sugar
  • 1 Can Coconut Cream
  • 1 Cup Unsweetened Shredded Coconut


  1. In a sauce pan mix the blueberries and sugar together and heat over medium heat to create a sauce. Cook for about 10 minutes- mixture should be thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and allow to cool
  2. In another bowl, mix coconut cream and shredded coconut
  3. Using a popsicle mold, alternately spoon the blueberry mixture and the coconut mixture to create unique layers of colour
  4. Freeze for 5 hour
