1/4 cup to 1/2 cup milk of choice
1 -1/2 cup frozen Klaassen Farms Blueberries
1 frozen banana
Handful of fresh spinach
Add all ingredients into blender starting with 1/4 cup of milk. Blend together to form a thick smoothie consistency (adding more milk if required).
Pour into bowl and top with peanut butter, chia seeds, almonds, coconut flakes and maple syrup.
